How to read the terminal

  1. Start with Market State and Daily Action. That is the decision hierarchy.
  2. If the action is WAIT or stale, trade UI is intentionally disabled.
  3. Use setup cards for research context only; they are not personalized recommendations.

How to open a support ticket

  1. Open Support, then Tickets.
  2. Choose the closest category and describe what happened.
  3. Include page, browser, approximate time, and any safe screenshots. Do not paste secrets or passwords.

Billing and subscription help

  1. Open Account and use Manage Subscription for Stripe-hosted billing.
  2. Cancellation at period end keeps access active until the paid-through date.
  3. If the app and Stripe disagree, open a billing ticket.

Using alerts safely

  1. Alerts notify you when research conditions match your saved rules.
  2. Alerts are not trade instructions.
  3. Disable noisy or stale alert rules and review scanner freshness before acting.
